Firstly, how do we know that the PC is stuck in sleep mode? Perform one of the following: If you’re using a desktop, tablet, or laptop, select Choose what the power buttons do. To make your PC sleep: Select Start, then select Settings > System > Power & Sleep > Additional power settings. Since then I have had an issue where when I close my laptop, or put it to sleep, and try to open it or wake it up it just comes up with a black.
